2022-25 Technology Plan Update Information Session for Districts
The New York State Education department requires public school districts to develop an Instructional Technology Plan (ITP) in accordance with the Commissioner's Regulations Part 100.12. New ITPs must be developed to cover the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, and must be submitted to the New York State Education Department (NYSED) in the SEDDAS portal by June 30, 2026. Please join us for an informative session where we will:
- review the different sections of the ITP survey that districts will be required to submit to NYSED via the SEDDAS portal;
- review important dates to ensure your plan is reviewed and approved in a timely manner;
- share a support website that will help ensure you have all the information you need to be successful.

Calling all instructional technology integration specialists and coaches! You spend the year supporting everyone else's needs; become part of a community specifically designed to support your needs as a professional developer and instructional technology expert.
If you are looking for a community of like minded individuals, consider participating in the 2025-26 cohort. This interest session will provide all the information necessary to participate. We are a professional community of leaders and learners representing districts in Westchester, Putnam and Rockland Counties. We are driven by instructional excellence, inspired by technology, and committed to collaborative practices.
Join us to see if this opportunity is right for you, as we continue this journey together in our eighth year as a learning community. We focus on current issues and topics you face in your work every day, and this year, we return to a book study format: "The PD Book: 7 Habits that Transform Professional Development", authored by Elena Aguilar and Lori Cohen. [LHRIC CS/STEAM Playdate Series] CS/STEAM Kickoff Playdate 2025 (Hosted by LHRIC and CS/STEAM Vendor Partners)
Computer Science/STEAM Playdates are designed for teachers, STEM/STEAM Coordinators, and Math/Science Coordinators. Launching or maintaining a systemic STEM program can be daunting, especially regarding the selection of the software, tools and equipment that are most appropriate to support learning objectives. This event will help schools properly select STEM products, considering grade band, teacher skills, school environment, and desired outcomes.
We will spotlight/showcase K-8 products from selected vendors to help participants enhance their own library of materials. If you are interested in rolling up your sleeves and getting "hands on" in a safe and fun learning environment, this session is the perfect opportunity to mingle with fellow learners. As we explore together, we will examine ways in which these products and tools can help support teaching and assessing our New York State Computer Science and Digital Fluency Standards.LHRIC Instructional Technology
