    All School Districts must submit both VR11 and VR12 to report referral chains received between July 1 – Sept. 30 
    -Data due to L1 by 2:30 PM

    -For districts with identified noncompliance with SPP Indicator 11 (Child Find), L0 Historical Data must be updated for any student missing a Date of Meeting to Discuss Completed Evaluation and Event Outcome Code.
    -For districts with identified noncompliance with SPP Indicator 12 (Early Childhood Transition), L0 Historical Data must be updated for any student missing a Full IEP Implementation Date.
